Rich Scheffer, Sr, who started Tribute in 1992, partnered with his son, Rich Scheffer, Jr. For many years he grew up in the same saw dust and resins that drove his father in his career. Now, the third generation, Tristen and Grant Scheffer are also onboard, learning the business from their grandfather and father.
John Gazza joined the family business in 2017, bringing his patented "Cross Step" bottom and refined timeless designs fueled with a passion for building. From real estate to offshore boats, Gazza has been involved in building better designed and engineered vessels, making them stronger, more nimble, better operating and beautiful.
Together, this team of seasoned craftsmen and innovators creates vessels that can truly stand the test of time — sportfish tributes built to honor the legends who came before them and inspire the anglers of tomorrow.
